Ink Color Focus
A color name appears, written in a different ink: the word says blue but the letters are red. Choose the ink color, not the word. It sounds easy until you try to go fast.
What it trains
- Selective attention
- Ignoring a distraction
- Quick, controlled responses
Questions
Is this the Stroop test?
It uses the same idea as the Stroop effect, which makes naming the ink harder when the word says another color. It is practice, not a psychological test or assessment.
How many colors are there?
Easy uses four colors: red, blue, green and yellow. Normal adds orange and purple, and Hard adds pink and brown.
