1. Agreement
These terms apply to the StudyChamp Training app for iPhone and iPad ("the app"), provided by Domenico Marco Di Donna, Via Lamaria 39, 80059 Torre del Greco (NA), Italy, trading as StudyChamp ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies. If the two conflict, these terms prevail where the law allows.
StudyChamp Training is separate from StudyChamp AI Study Packs, which has its own terms.
2. What the App Is
The app offers short practice exercises in calculation, memory and attention, a daily challenge and daily crossword, optional groups with challenges and rankings, and optional app unlock through Apple's Screen Time.
The app is practice and entertainment. It is not a medical, psychological or educational assessment, and results are not a measure of intelligence. Do not rely on it to diagnose or treat any condition.
3. Who Can Use It
Anyone can use the app. Children should use it with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for setting up app unlock and for deciding whether the child joins groups. Profiles under 14 take part in groups only after a parent approves in the app.
4. Groups
- Use a group only with people you know and share its code only with them.
- Group and profile names, challenge titles and shared photos must not be offensive, impersonate others or contain other people's personal data without permission. Share a photo in a group only if it shows you (and only you, or people who agreed), and only from an adult profile.
- Group creators can remove members. We may remove groups, names, challenges or photos that break these terms.
5. App Unlock
App unlock relies on Apple's Screen Time. We can't guarantee that every app or website is blocked in every situation, and iOS settings or updates may change how it behaves. Parents remain responsible for supervising their children's device use.
6. Acceptable Use
Don't misuse the app: don't try to interfere with its operation or with other users' groups, reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows, or use it for unlawful purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
The app, its exercises, design and content belong to StudyChamp or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app as allowed by these terms and Apple's EULA.
8. Purchases
Exercises, ready-made sessions, the daily challenge, groups and app unlock are free. StudyChamp Family adds extra content, such as learning paths, and is offered as an in-app purchase:
- Yearly subscription: renews automatically every year at the price shown in the App Store unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. A free trial may be offered to eligible new subscribers; the subscription starts at the end of the trial unless cancelled. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
- One-time purchase: a single payment for the content available at the time of purchase and its updates. New content packs released later may be sold separately.
Prices, durations and renewal terms are shown in the app before you confirm. Payment, renewal, refunds and Family Sharing are handled by Apple under its terms; refund requests go to Apple. Purchases can be restored on your devices with the same Apple Account. A parent confirms in the app before buying.
9. Availability and Changes
We may update, change or discontinue the app or any feature, including groups. We will try to give notice of significant changes.
10. Disclaimer and Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data stored on your device. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
